1. FUND

2. VERIFY

The backend checks geofence, GPS accuracy, movement, wallet limits and active street position.

3. CLAIM

A short-lived EIP‑712 voucher is signed. The wallet submits it and the vault transfers the ERC‑20.

4. RESPAWN

Only after a confirmed Claimed event does the server rotate that drop to another street in the same city.
